第34章 石沉大海
既然确定了去美国，那与Eric约定见面就成了当务之急。
白雾写不出邮件，便先转移注意力到签证的事上，她的美国签证是十年有效期的，每次去美国之前，只要在EVUS上登记行程即可，她花了十几分钟填好资料，提交了上去。
行程定了后，白雾越发觉得写给Eric的信迫在眉睫，于是去走步机上走步，寻找灵感，可走了十几分钟，仍无思路，便又去茶水间坐了一会，也无头绪，最后趴在卫生间的窗户上吹了几分钟的凉风，终于灵光一闪，想到一个切入点。
她把头伸到窗外，捧着手机悬在六楼窗前，给Eric写邮件，道：
Dear Eric，

I got your Email address from a friend， and I venture to write to you because my friend told me that you are the sole decision maker in the aspect of Mississippi branded precise distance measurement tools.
Luckily， I work for Accuridle pany who has the most cutting-edge laser distance measurement technology in Asia， and who has the stro technical strength to pete Leica on the worldwide stage， and the unparalleled innovation ability to surpass all laser distance measuring suppliers globally， so I think there is a chance we can help push Mississippi LDM to the generation.
I have the confidence to say this because we have a trump card
Gao Qiu.
He is the CTO of Accuridle， who used to work in TI for over 10 years， and then specialized in laser measuring technology since the foundation of Accuridle 11 years ago， he is a genius， he is the soul of Accuridle‘s RD team， and he is the engine drove his team to catch up with Mississippi’s performance which is based on Leica‘s 18-year experience in only 6 years， and he believes he will defeat Leica in the near future.
Mississippi calls for the top technology， and the top technology is in the head of Gao Qiu， so I think he is person you may need to meet.

白雾写完后再没心情检查，且想到手机发的邮件格式没有电脑那么正式，便回座位重新整理文字，一路上她又回想起邮件中几个措辞和排版可再优化，回座位后都修正了过来，检查几遍后，用鼠标按着发送键又看了最后一遍，觉得一切OK，终于一松鼠标，发送了出去。
白雾如释重负，不自觉地站起身伸了个大大的懒腰。
像这封邮件一样，把高邱作为卖点，吸引客户的注意力，是白雾以前从来没有采用过的方法，回头再看，她自认为没有比这个思路更吻合密西西比的气质的了，因此放松心情，只等Eric的回复。
她低头一看手表，发现时间已快四点了。
与此同时，她的眼角余光忽然扫到邮箱里跳进一封新邮件。
她转头一看，看到主题栏写的是“邮件被退回”，她心下咯噔一跳，赶忙扑到桌前，点开这封退信，看里面内容。仔细一看，退信提供的信息正与她惧怕的一样，是她刚刚发出给Eric的邮件！系统给出的回馈，是邮件被拒收。白雾的心情，就像过山车，一下从最高峰坠入了谷底，她急得几乎要拍桌子。
怎么会这样？
她检查几遍邮箱地址的拼写，核对无误，又把同一封邮件发了两遍，结果还是一样，都被退了回来。
这到底是怎么回事？
白雾不懂。
她只能猜测：自己以前没跟Eric联系过，那么自己的邮箱应该不会被Eric列入黑名单，这时候Eric没上班，也不可能手动退信，那难道是因为Accuridle.这个域名被密西西比的邮件系统屏蔽了？于是她请Iris发一封测试邮件给Eric，结果一样，被退信，她又用私人邮箱发了一封测试邮件，结果仍然一样，也被退信，她这才怀疑，难道Josef给的资料是错的？
她不想马上找Josef求证，否则太不礼貌了。
冷静地想了想，白雾决定给Eric打个电话试一下，这时候美国时间是半夜四点，Eric没上班，Josef给的是办公室座机号码，打过去Eric也不知道，所以不用准备谈话内容，便直接用自己的手机拨了过去。
